Progesterone Cream: Does it Help?
When the total truth came out about synthetic hormone replacement therapy (HRT), it sent the medical community into a tizzy. Not only are they divided over the proper way to handle the symptoms of hormone imbalance, but millions of women are left confused about what will help their symptoms and what will cause them health consequences down the road.

As with any health realted issue, it is important to eat a balanced diet, exercise regulary, drink plenty of water….half your body weight in ounces is optimum…..and keep the stresses in your life contained. Some suggestions for this are: prayer, yoga, meditation and walking.
In addition, it is especially important to get good, quality, refreshing sleep. This means going to bed by 10 p.m. to accomodate your bodies biorhythms, as taught by natural medicine doctors for years. Your body does most of its healing between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m.
There is no magic bullet in getting your hormones back in balance. But, I found that natural progesterone cream helped me to sleep better and therfore I gained more mental clarity during the day. If you are too tired to think during the day, you are not going to be able to handle lifes stresses and problems.
