Is there a test the Dr can do to check for this kind of hormone imbalance? It seems I have almost every symptom on here. What can I do?

I have battled depression anxiety for years.
I had Ovarian cancer at the age of 14. Malignant Teratoma
Age 38 I had a complete hysterectomy. No ovaries left.
Same year my husband left me for a 20 year old girl
3 kids ages 18, 17 and 5.
Severe post partum depression every baby
Severe PMS before hysterectomy
Been on Cymbalta 120mgs and 400mgs of Zytram for fibromyalgia pain
Experiencing confusion, cant drive the car. The house is messy. Not on top of anything. Not cooking meals. Not cleaning house.
Worried I have lost my mind
Blood tests confirmed zero estrogen

this is me. i have been under a lot of stress and now i am having depression symptoms. so now what? what do i do about stress,hormone imbalance, and depression?
